I have removed one of the regressions due to which tags could not be
detached. I also pushed a change to make the BrowserRenderer a bit
more responsive while new thumbnails are being created.

Remember, you need Tracker 0.7.x [1] and Tumbler [2] for the 'tracker' branch.
