Make error building spamass-milter 0.2.0 on redhat 7.3

Got this error? while building on stock redhat 7.3
using sendmail 8.12.x from redhat 8.0 source.rpms
no other mods on this server.

 it did create a spamass-milter binary
however, i have not tested it yet, think i'll wait
until i see what other's report. search google is this
something about rpath ?
