What's more disturbing is that mail which SpamAssassin decides is clean is
not actually being delivered at all, when configured for report_safe 1.
(Spam identified messages are delivered, fully munged in to attachments on
whole new warning bodies generated by SpamAssassin).

Okay, actually, it isn't consistent at all.

What are the best debugging options for sendmail, spamd, and
spamass-milter to help figure out where things are going wrong (or just
plain getting eaten)?
