The failure was the sequence of the milters in sendmail.cf

First it was:
========================================
# Input mail filters
O InputMailFilters=milter-amavis
O InputMailFilters=spamassassin
========================================
now it is:
========================================
# Input mail filters
O InputMailFilters=spamassassin
O InputMailFilters=milter-amavis
========================================
... and all ist o.k..
I think, amavis with antivir is a little to slow. Alone its all right, but
with another milter, its to slow.
