[Straw-devel] tla commit messages

As you saw if you're subscribed to straw-commits, I made tla finally
send commit messages. I don't know if there's an easier way, but anyway,
attached is a script i'm using as ~/.arch-params/hook. It's not very
fancy or smart, but it does the job for now. You'll want to change some
of things there, though, at least change/remove the email address from
the sendmail command line.

Anyway - if you are maintaining a public straw archive with arch, it
would be pretty nice if you used this or something similar as your hook
so people would know when something happens.
