(check_unicode_point_conversion): in case encoding is not attempted, still use 
an eval to catch invalid argument to hex().
     new b01afe3b7b tp/Texinfo/Convert/Unicode.pm: improve debug message
     new fad08b198e * texi2any.pl: if format and converted format differ, 
mention both in messages including converted format (only one case).
