Thank you for your answer, Stacho,I've understood that it's possible to use it for drawing "surface" maps, unless I redesign new symbols with Metapost. I'll see if it's not too far from my abilities, although i write on a day to day basis all my courses (CAD drawing & technology for adults) with Context (you got a compatriot/specialist in this field : Vit Zyka --> http://typokvitek.com/index.html).
