Hello Martin,
I will work on the
translation this week and send you the new files as soon as possible.
I don’t know if
there are different term of pt_BR and pt_PT, but I will try to contact some
colleagues in Portugal
to improve the translation.
Thanks.
Regards,
-Toni

Subject: Re: [Therion] Translation
to Portuguese
Unfortunately I'm using a
Windows box, and not a *nix machine. :(
Is there another option without recompile the Therion?
You just need to translate texts in the file 'texts_pt.txt'. Edit the file in
utf-8 encoding. You may use 'texts_en.txt' as an inspiration. If there are
local variants use pt_BR identifier in the beginning of the line. You could perhaps
also add pt_PT variants.
This translates all texts in the map output. If you would like, it's possible
to translate also the user interface of XTherion, providing translations in
'xtexts_pt.txt' file, but that's much more work.
If you send the translation, it'll be compiled in the next release.
Cheers
Martin
