Thanks! I confirmed the fix tonight on my 32-bit Linux platform.
However, this showed a new test error ...

Makefile:69: recipe for target '102_alignas.test' failed
I didn't look, but I am guessing that the 'expect' file has
set expectations for a 64-bit platform. ;-)
