Hmm, there's a problem with D-Bus:

Hard to debug. Does it help to use ssh or scp instead of sftp?
Does sftp work in general, or is it broken also for other hosts (no
Android devices)?
Note, that Tramp builtin the Emacs 26.2 RC works for me with
sftp. Haven't tried it with an Android device, 'tho, because my Galaxy
S6 does not run an sshd daemon.
