I stole the ticket and resolved it. The request was taken cared of some time 
ago.
Do any of you guys have access to the RT system?

Also note that since there is no "translation" queue in the RT system, we 
cannot quickly identify requests that address translation issues.
According to the referenced ticket, Justin expected us to take care of the 
ticket, and was surprised we didn't see it.

Creating a "translation" queue was discussed before, but I think Masayuki-san 
didn't get them to create one. I don't know the reasons.
Creating such a queue might be a very good idea.
