hi!

i can become the translation manager for the norwegian bokmål language
if no one already exist. but the already translated pages is in
nynorsk which is a smaller writing language in norway. i want to
translate the pages into bokmål, which is the biggest writing language
in norway. therefore the existing pages should get the "nn" language
code and the new ones "nb". "no" is the country code, and should not
be used.
