        Sorry for that, you can ascribe it to personal circumstances of the web
coordinators.  We are trying to get up to speed again, and thank you for
not dropping the issue and reminding us of it.

        I have done a cursory revision of your translation.  Obviously I have
nothing to say about the translation itself, I focused on the HTML
compliance to the GNU standards and to the original.

        I would ask you to bring your translation in line with the GNU
standards and the original as to the HTML level.  You used old style
HTML, with uppercase tags and inline style elements; the original page
is XHTML Strict.  Also the original page has no artifacts as trailing
spaces.

        So please review the page, you may even find some issues I didn't yet.
Once it is more in line with the standards, we'll be pleased to publish
it.
