    About RT: I was wondering if the web translation managers should
    have direct access to webmaster's RT queue or should we have our
    own queue. Thus, we could concentrate or translation issues and
    requests but we could also move tickets to webmaster's queue, if
    some help was needed.

The decision is mainly up to you translation coordinators.  If you
prefer to use the webmasters' queue, you should get the chief
webmasters' ok.  If you prefer a separate queue, then you don't need
anyone else's ok.

I tend to think it is better if you have your own separate queue,
but I am not an expert, so do what works best for you.
