Details:
/ping should work more like /away or other commands that work in context. of
where the cursor is.
For example, if I type in /ping in freenode, I'd expect it to ping just
freenode, not throw an error message telling me it requires more arguments.
I understand it allows for ping forwarding to another server and that there is
an additional /pong command, but nevertheless, the command can be done in
context without breaking how it interacts with /pong. Just automatically
assume what the first value is, unless it is provided, much like /away does.
