Thanks Ani for the interest shown. The first major task that we would be to undertake is translating www.gnu.org to Malayalam. Once the project grows we can look at localizing other major Free Software applications on a case by case basis.

Meanwhile you can familiarize yourself with the procedures on http://www.gnu.org/server/standards/README.translations.html
