[Chinese-coordinators] index.* of CTT updated

I have updated the pages. Your access permission on
savannah should work, I just checked again. Currently
we have the same permission in CTT project.

Try update index.cn.html and see if it work. But don't
be hurry if you are too busy to cope with this
bothering some, you may mail the updated one to me...
