I forgot to include hamlib build dependencies for the debian packages,
resulting in xlog only available for i386 on debian.
This is corrected in version 0.7.1. You can see progress of
the build daemons on http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?pkg=xlog
No need to upgrade if you have version 0.7.
