I checked on the Suse ftp site, and the package you need is gtk2-devel (on Suse
8.2 it is called gtk2-devel-2.2.1-37.i586.rpm). You can't use the
gtk-devel package, because that's version 1.2 of gtk and not compatible with
version 2.2; the latest xlog needs gtk 2.0 or later.
