fair enough.  I missed it because it wasn't on the web site.  After 
reading, I'm still puzzled why I need to set an environment variable 
when the loader configuration file already has that path.  At this 
point, I don't expect help here because it's clearly a loader problem.

I will try to find a better solution so you can refer future users to 
that solution instead.
