Using Xlog 1.3.1 I did not notice it until somebody said I had the wrong date
on a QSL. The UTC time is always correct, but when the UTC date rolls over it
does not change until I close XLog and restart. My computer keeps the UTC time
and date correctly. I looked through the archives and did not see anything
about this. Any fixes?
