Lee, xlog doesn't know what state the contacts are in. You need to add
"WAS-XX" to the Awards field for each contact. For example, you would put
"WAS-NJ" if you were to make a contact with myself.
Note, when entering multiple awards such as IOTA, you should separate the
different awards with a comma, but no whitespace. For example,
"IOTA-NA-001,WAS-ME".
This has been working well for me so far.
