I feel I don't grasp the entire work flow between the various
components, so bear with me:

* Who specifies the naming of the projects on the individual clients?

* Who do you envision is operating the server/database (I am assuming,
as in the example above, the "Xnee build admin")

* Am I correct in assuming that this would mean another script to
generate a new type of page, or do you mean something else?
