C_Support/ac_prog_cc_strict_prototypes.m4 - OBSOLETED C_Support/ax_cflags_strict_prototypes.m4 - NEW FILE ote that the latter has a different behaviour, it is not just an ax-replacement but uses to add to CFLAGS by default.
