[Accessibility] accessible GRUB

Good afternoon,
(I am French so my English is not perfect, sorry)
My friend is blind and he wants to test Linux with a dual boot but the GRUB boot menu is not accessible.
Is it possible to add a speech synthesis or a beep to make the GRUB accessible?
