[Arc-dev] Arc Mode for Emacs

Anyone using Emacs with a customized "arc mode"?  If not, any plans to
create an arc-mode.el?  I would presume executing arc files from Emacs
as well as editing arcfiles with proper syntax enabled would be the
primary goal of this mode.
