[Regression] Dockerfile retreat to Guile-2.2

Hi folks!
The Guile-3.0 has made a big change of record-type, although this
enhancement is great in many considerations, there's inconsistance in
3.0 record-type. I've no idea if it's intended design or bug. Here's the

Anyway, let's retreat to Guile-2.2 for docker.
If you built Artanis from local docker, please pull vanilla master
branch the build again.
If you're using gitlab registry, please update the image:
