[aspell-announce] Aspell-.33-fix2 Patch now Available

Everyone using Aspell should apply this patch as it fixes two important
bugs.  One of them rather serious.   You can find the patch at
aspell.sf.net.  However, since it is short it is also attached.

I hope to make an actual release in around two weeks after finals are
through.
