OK, but there are still two dictionaries. So the "no" is obsolete?

If so I can deprecate "no" and make it load "nn" instead. The users
will have to change the LANG variable from "no" to "nn" - or would
it be better to link the "no" files to the "nn" files so the "nn"
data are used for both lang settings?

I'm worried that users might want "no" set as the language for other
reasons. Not being Norwegian I can't see the consequences or know what
a Norwegian expects. For example I have both share/locale/LC_MESSAGES/no
and share/locale/LC_MESSAGES/nn on my system and the mo files in them are
different.
