And a bunch of other changes.  

When you get the time you should go through the Aspell info manual and
update the options list in the manual.  If an option is not included in
the info manual it shouldn't be included in the man page as it is either a 
deprecated option or one that may go away at anytime.  Also a few new
options have been added.

The description of the "encoding" option needs updating.

Aspell has also added a few additional modes of operation.  You should at 
least mention the "munch-list" mode and all those listed under "aspell 
--usage".
