[aspell-devel] Frisian dictionary

I asked recently about our capitalization problem for Frisian.   Since
we haven't heard of a better solution, and my quick fix solution is
working well, we've decided to release the package as-is:

http://borel.slu.edu/obair/aspell6-fy-0.11-0.tar.bz2

Could I arrange to upload this to the aspell server ?
