    Change encoding of Elisp source files to UTF-8
    
    * style/alphanum.el:

    * style/inputenc.el:

    * style/ltxdoc.el:
    * tex-font.el:
    * tex.el: Change coding of files to UTF-8.  Now that we require Emacs >= 24 
it
      is always possible to use this encoding.
