    Update style/bidi.el to package version 31.7
    
    * style/bidi.el (LaTeX-bidi-package-options): Add
    "extrafootnotefeatures" option.
    (LaTeX-env-bidi-bib): New function.
    ("bidi"): Add missing macros and environments.  Add fontification
    support.
