    Improve fontification of \href macro
    
    * style/hyperref.el ("hyperref"): Add "href" to
    `LaTeX-verbatim-macros-with-braces-local'.
    Check for feature font-latex and not for functions.
    Declare and use `font-latex-update-font-lock' instead of
    `font-latex-set-syntactic-keywords'.
