[AUCTeX-devel] New website

The new website should show up in a couple of minutes.  I'll adapt the
information about preview-latex as soon as the release happens.

In case somebody wants to change something on the pages, please carry
out the changes in the files you can find in the src/ subdirectory and
recreate the pages in the root directory by running the genpages.sh
script from the src/ subdirectory.
