I protest.  The preview image _does_ include all the content.  It is
just that the dimensions of the pspicture environment were specified
incorrectly.  If you add material immediate above and/or below the
environment, it will collide with the material, too.

Anyway, I find that just _adding_
\AddBeginDocument{\ifx\ifPreview\undefined\else
  \PreviewEnvironment{pspicture}\fi}

will indeed yield a very impressive previewed result on the given file
without problems.
