Ok, it is obvious that TeX-doc does not work: getting the next form is
near to impossible.  So what to do about it?

After thinking long about it, I have decided to drop this.  I can't
think of a scheme that will generate nice autoloads including doc
strings and will work even with byte compilation.  Sorry, folks.
Removing this.  Feel free to find something else that works, but for
now it is out.
