[AUCTeX-devel] tool bar (LaTeX-enable-toolbar) in the manual

Hi,

we have the following in the manual:

,----[ (info "(auctex)Top") ]
|    If you are using the tool bar, there is some tool bar support
| available for LaTeX which you can enable with
| 
|      (add-hook 'LaTeX-mode-hook #'LaTeX-install-toolbar)

This is no longer necessary.  Instead we should probably add the
variable `LaTeX-enable-toolbar' in the manual.

Any suggestion where to add it?  Maybe somewhere below 
(info "(auctex)Display")?
