Hm, style/plfonts.el and style/plhb.el don't set `TeX-quote-language'.
The files haven't been touched for twelve years and I fail to find dtx
or sty files related to them on the net or on dante.de.  Instead I
found polski.dtx (for platex) and polish.dtx (used by babel.sty).

Does anybody know what the state of the art for the support of Polish
in LaTeX is nowadays?  Are plhb.sty and plfonts.sty still in use
somewhere.  If they are not, we could perhaps remove plfonts.el and
plhb.el from the repository.
