After launching rcirc, C-c ` is bound to:

| C-c ` runs the command rcirc-next-active-buffer
|   which is an interactive compiled Lisp function in `rcirc.el'.
| It is bound to C-c C-SPC, C-c C-@, C-c `.
| (rcirc-next-active-buffer arg)
| 
| Go to the next rcirc buffer with activity.
| With prefix arg, go to the next low priority buffer with activity.
| The function given by `rcirc-switch-to-buffer-function' is used to
| show the buffer.
