The regex "\\\\DeclareMathOperator{?\\\\\\([A-Za-z0-9]+\\)}?" works
for me.  You may want to change  `DeclareMathOperator' (and its
starred version) first argument to something like
`(TeX-arg-define-macro "Operator")', as well.
