Ah, interesting, I will look into this.  I'm guessing I'd still need a
Windows machine to test the package though?

Indeed, I don't see how these rules should be affected, but it's good to
be thorough :-).  Thanks for the patch!  Is there a reason it's not kept
in the repo?
