For the autocompletion of the included file, you may be interested in
what "graphicx.el" does.  The user has two options: either run a
search with kpsewhich for all files in system which can be actually
included, or completion of files in the master directory and its
subdirectories.  The only drawback of the first method is that it can
be somewhat slow, but usually only the first run of kpsewhich during
an Emacs session is really slow.

Probably in "pdfpages.el" we should set (TeX-master-directory) as the
default directory for `file-relative-name', right?
