Yes, but that should not be required when I create the *Help* buffer
from a buffer where MAPVAR is an active map.  In the meantime I found
out that I get the desired behavior with emacs 24.5 so the above is a
regression in the current Emacs master branch which I have already
reported as bug#21412.
