    Make banner regexp customizable
    
    * tex.el (TeX-LaTeX-sentinel-banner-regexp): Turn the regexp to
    identify the banner line in the LaTeX output into customize option.
    (TeX-LaTeX-sentinel): Use it.
    * doc/auctex.texi (Processor Options): Mention the new option.
    (): Update copyright year.
