[AUCTeX] LaTeX-mode and outline-mior don't work together

Hi,

using outline-minor-mode in latex-mode don't let me navigate on same
level with C-c @ C-f:

asdf

%-- asdfasdfasd

asdf

%-- asdfasdf

fgd

%- asdfasdf

I get an error on the first heading: "Unrecognized header". In
tex-mode it works fine.

RefTeX: 4.31
