Ah sorry, you are right. It seems that AUCTeX has to parse the log
output to detect additional form in to deal with this issue :-(

Are you sure that the additional warning is of the form
pdfTeX warning (ext4): FOO BAR BLAH BLAH...
? Or is there possibility that there are yet more other forms to consider?
