    TODO: added a tentative list of macros broken during the prefix renaming 
process
    
    The command 'cd m4 ; ls -1 | egrep -v ^ax' generated a list of macros that 
have
    a prefix other than AX_. These macros are obsolete now, and no valid macro 
is
    supposed to reference any of them.
