Hello!
Ok to remove the top-level mdate-sh?
We have two copies of mdate-sh - on the top level and in doc/, but only
the later one is used.
ChangeLog:
* mdate-sh: Removed, its copy remains in the doc/ directory.
The top-level Makefile.in will be regenerated to exclude mdate-sh from
DIST_COMMON.
