It is already written and archived in ML. To add more - I'm not a U.S.
citizen. Hope it is enough to solve the problem.

Ok. You've got my full permission to use the patch for autoconf I've
sent to ML earlier as you wish. I have no more time to waste and I'm
deeply disappointed what I've done so for autoconf. Nothing personal -
I believe you are a good person after all.
